The Oisans Col Series is THE unmissable event for cyclists!
Every Tuesday throughout the summer, a road or col is closed to all traffic except cyclists.
The road is closed to traffic between 9 am and noon between the road out of Le Rivier d’Allemont (10 km after Allemont) and the Col de la Croix de Fer and the Col du Glandon. The Cols will also be reserved for cyclists on the Savoie side between 9 am and noon from the road out of St Colomban des Villards (last junction before the Col du Glandon) and from the road out of St Sorlin d’Arves up to the Cols.
Featuring in both the Tour de France and Marmotte cycle events, the Glandon and Croix de Fer mountain passes are highlights in the lives of cyclists. Stunning views await those who get to the top.
Refreshments are offered at the junction between the Col du Glandon and the Col de la Croix de Fer.
